It has always been fun, interesting, and revealing to review material I’ve written in the past. To see how I’ve developed, how certain sentiments have evolved, and those things that I’ve remained connected to. Here is a poem I wrote in 2008. I consider this my Dr. Seuss rhyme calling the governmental school system out...

When working on my Master’s Degree in Math & Education, the title of my thesis paper was An Indictment of Education where I called the institution of education out. Just before I began my graduate studies in 2001, I wrote a poem I called Master’s Degree, which also called the educational system out. Looking back at my poem Master’s Degree, my graduate thesis paper, and this poem, my connection to education, learning, and perception (in terms of reality, worldview, and Truth) has remained steady. Whatever is in me that keeps me connected in this way is undoubtedly what has led me to yoga (yoke), yogāsana, Ptahñjali’s Yoga Sūtras, Astrology, the Christos story of the Bible (Bi + Bull), and to syncretizing these practical philosophies.

WHAT RULES (2008)
Is it true that he who makes the rules rules,
Or he who rules make the rules?
Ponder ‘til you’re not confused;
then answer, who is he who makes the schools?

And how do schools relate to fools?
Are fools the ones who go to schools?
Or do the schools create the fools
who raise their kids to go to schools?

And when the kids attend the schools,
who tends to choose what books they use?
Are they friends who get to choose,
or foes who hope the children lose?

Could friends be foes who make the rules
and set up schools to make them fools?
Taught to learn to like to lose,
but who made sure they missed the clues?

Is it too late to make a change
and take a stand to set things straight?
Should we band to vindicate,
or hibernate and take this fate?

If we choose to take this fate
or wait to rehabilitate,
could we lose the ground we’ve gained
and see our chance evaporate?

Or could we fight to make things right
and set our sights on higher heights
by igniting childrens’ minds
so they can see to seek the light?

Should we spark the minds of youth
and motivate their hearts with truth?
...because the truth is that the youth
will follow through with what we do.

Up until about a year ago, I did not pay the Bible much attention, other than the occasional quote from a respected motivational speaker (like Jim Rohn) or researcher who might cite a scripture to emphasize a point. In my 20’s and early 30’s, during my academic and quasi revolutionary years (in terms of philosophy and worldview), I generally viewed the Bible as one tool of many used by the rulers of society as a way to pacify the downtrodden and oppressed and supply hope so the people would not rebel physically or mentally...

My attitude toward the Bible was solely based on what I observed in the church, the conduct I witnessed in churchgoers (especially my family, friends, and friends’ families), and the fact that the masses of people who have attended church for years were still STRUGGLING ON EVERY LEVEL (in terms of health, wealth, and purposeful living) with virtually no progress for whole communities.

By my late 30s, I’d begun to recognize the Bible as a book that exposed the mighty power of BELIEF and that if you knew how to use and apply it (belief that is), you’d be blessed by it. This had much to do with my work as a high school teacher and college professor of mathematics (and I taught everything from basic consumer math through Calculus 2) -- students who truly believed they could learn the material tended to do well, while those who believed they could not learn the material never gave the effort necessary to progress and excel. And their lack of performance became a self-fulfilling prophecy many students accepted as confirmation of their inability. This would be like someone saying “I’ll never be a marathoner,” sitting on a couch for a whole year, then going to run a marathon and coming in last place… and thinking to themselves, “I knew I was no marathoner, told ya so.” THEY ARE RIGHT, they’re not marathoners. Marathoners have a different understanding and know they must train and condition themselves in preparation for a marathon, no one just wakes up one morning and decides to go run a marathon. Likewise, someone looking to excel in math has to undergo the requisite training, but if they BELIEVE this is not so, that they don’t have to train OR there’s nothing they can do to become proficient because they don’t have the right genes, then their belief has ended the game before it began. BELIEF IS POWERFUL, but “BELIEF in Jesus” is not the endgame, goal, or message of the Bible. The message of the Bible goes FAR BEYOND BELIEF, THE BIBLE IS ABOUT KNOWING.

Last year, I came across a guy named George Washington Carey who lived from 1845 - 1924. He wrote, with co-author and understudy Inez Eudora Perry, GOD-MAN: The Word Made Flesh and The Salts of Salvation. This guy changed everything for me and I feel so grateful that he felt compelled to do the work he did and to share it with the world in his books. The material he shared has helped me break the code to reading the Bible. Many people are of the opinion that the Bible is open for interpretation. I now know that anyone who thinks it is open for interpretation, and that is all, has no idea what the Bible is intimating. Sure, with the right mindset the Bible might help you navigate your existence relatively comfortably, based on how you choose to interpret it, which has to do with the stage of your spiritual development at the time, and that IS interpretive, but the Bible is talking about something very real that is not debatable (it’s only debated by those who are yet clueless, like I admittedly was).

After discovering GOD-MAN: The Word Made Flesh, I had to go through my own process of resolving any cognitive dissonance, having to divorce myself from certain ideas about the Bible that I’d grown comfortable with over the years (yep, I had to put foot in mouth about some things and admit “I was wrong” which the ego hates to do). Many people will not be willing to let go of limited ideas they were raised to believe are true and think are the ultimate objective of the Bible, and the slightest threat of cognitive dissonance in this area is too potentially emotionally traumatic to think of even nudging up against, so they will be content to remain spiritually and developmentally stifled (although unconsciously). Think about it… If someone raised on kool aid is presented for the first time with fresh water from a pure mountain spring during adulthood, they might not think “plain” water sounds that appealing, and might even turn their nose up at it. And when given the choice between flavored water and unadulterated water, chances are they’ll opt for the sweet tasting synthetically “enhanced” water, content to remain in their limited belief that grape is the best (or some other flavor). They might venture out and dibble and dabble with other kool aid flavors to test whether their tastebuds still consider grape the reigning champion, but they’ll never give up the kool aid, or the sugar in the water, which they’ll find gratifying enough until their dying day.

It’s crazy (yet comprehensible) that many people prefer to satisfy their tastebuds than be truly revitalized (even though no other animal species on the planet behaves like this). But, refreshingly, there are those of us (although a relatively extreme minority) who see beyond flavor and rudimentary sense perception (like that of taste), and are thirsty for that good stuff that cleanses and replenishes our cells. We are what we eat, drink, and digest.

At this point, I’ve spent much of my time since November 2016 decoding the Bible. Turns out that the Bible is RICH with the deepest wisdom of HUMAN PHYSIOLOGY. If we are caught up in debating and bickering about the actual existence of the supposed real people of biblical story who actually walked the earth, as well as when and where they walked it, then we are clueless about the True Gospel (“Good News” or “God’s Spell”). That is twisted and confused left brain logic, and is a huge roll of the dice (“hoping” to be correct, despite all the other people on the planet who cling to another religious institution hoping they are correct and rolling their own dice).

Take the LI (i.e. “lie”) out of OBLIVIOUS and see the OBVIOUS — the left brain is not the RIGHT brain (right means “correct”), especially for matters dealing with the Soul and it’s Salvation. The left brain identifies differences and division (thus all the people rolling the dice on their brand of religion without any deep thought or contemplation, while condemning the other brands who claim they got it correct). The right brain SEES similarities and connections (the Bible is a book for all Humanity, not only those who identify as Christian). Ideally we will use the WHOLE brain in order to live WHOLLY or HOLY (these are phonetically identical and therefore carry the same meaning -- having to do with PERFECT HEALTH and being WHOLE; don’t let your indoctrinated left brain logic lose and confuse you with ”SPELLings”).

Moving on, the central character of the Bible is Jesus Christ or Christ Jesus. To begin to accurately decode and interpret the Bible, we must know what these mean.

Christ = OIL (Greek “christos”)
Jesus = Seed (which is born in Bethlehem); also “fish” or “bread of life”
Bethlehem = Beth “house” + lehem “of bread”; also represents the solar plexus
Lord = “one who guards the loaves” (meaning “bread loaf”); that voice in your head that knows better and steers you to do what is RIGHT by your “bread of life” or seed/Jesus
Golgotha and Calvary = “place of the skull”
Peniel (Genesis 32:30) = “face of God”; pineal gland (in the brain)
Mazzaroth (Job 38:32) = the Zodiac of astrology

These are all easily verifiable and have to do with human physiology. None of this has anything to do with my opinion or anyone else’s. These are plain facts that anyone with sufficient desire to know can find without having to dig too deep.

AND we are not even scratching the scratch that scratches the surface, but here are a few more notes before closing...

Jesus was crucified at 33 years of age 33 represents the number of vertebrae in the human spinal column, where the spine meets “the place of the skull” called Golgotha/Calvary in the Bible (see Matthew 27:33, Mark 15:22, Luke 23:33, and John 19:17)
When the Moon is in your Sun Sign, the seed (Jesus “bread of life”) is born in your solar plexus (Bethlehem “house of bread”), and it is during that time (when the moon traverses your Sun sign, which lasts about 2 ½ - 3 days) that the seed sets out to ascend back up the spinal cord and into the brain, “the Most High” or “promised land”
Some people who claim to be Christian, NOT ALL, say astrology and the Zodiac are the work of the Devil, yet the Bible encourages you to know it. See Job 38:32 (also below)
The Red Sea is referring to the oxygenated blood of the human body (“water into wine”)
Research how many references to OIL are in the Bible

And a few verses corresponding to the short list above…
John 6:35 - And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life…
Genesis 32:30 - And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel; for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.
Matthew 27:33 - And when they were come unto a place called Gol’-go-tha, that is to say, a place of the skull.
Job 38:32 - Canst thou bring forth Maz’-za-roth in his season? Or canst thou guide Arc-tu’-rus with his sons?

Most of us know that the Bible describes the human body as a Temple (see 1 Corinthians 3:16) and that the body/temple should not be defiled (this is Sin 101, which most of us violate daily by consuming GMO, junk, and processed foods, not to mention the soda pops, energy drinks, and alcoholic beverages). This is because when we defile the body, we pollute the blood, which ruptures the seed (Jesus) and destroys the GOOD OIL (Christ/christos). We have to exercise strict vigilance, prudence, and discipline in order to refine our OIL and purify our blood in order that Jesus Christ (Seed OIL) can return to the Father (from which it came, read Carey’s article on revealing the Santa Claus myth, I’ve included a link below).

In our world, we understand the importance of health to an extent, but we don’t cherish it like the good book would have us cherish it. To live HOLY, means to live WHOLLY, completely intact with PERFECT HEALTH, and this is what the HOLY BIBLE is talking about; because when we do (achieve PERFECT WHOLE HEALTH), something very special happens, which is the best news ever, thus the Gospel (which means “Good News” or “God’s Spell”). Timothy 4:8 says - For bodily exercise profiteth little: but the godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and that which is to come. Going to the gym is not sufficient, we must eat right, think right, do right, and feel right (ALL indications of “godliness”) in order to be PERFECTLY WHOLE/HEALTHY, otherwise we come up short, and that is the true meaning of SIN (“to come up short” -- there is a reason that when we observe the Hebrew alphabet that the second to last letter is Schin/Sin, because it is just shy of completion, and the Tav is “the cross” symbolizing “Truth” and “completion”).

I truly hope you found this article an enjoyable, intriguing, and thought provoking one to read and that you’ve taken something valuable away, even if it’s genuine curiosity. Funny how even if you look into the etymology of CHURCH you find it traces back the Greek word kyrios (https://www.etymonline.com/word/church) meaning “ruler, lord” which, by no accident, is phonetically identical with curious meaning “eager to know, careful, diligent, inquisitive, odd, strange.” So, let your curiosity RULE and lead you to QUESTion (NOT doubt) the greatest MYSTERY (MY + STORY, different than HIS-STORY ) of all so that you may do what the ancients have been urging us to do all through the ages -- KNOW THYSELF. Health is Wealth!

Language was spoken before it was written, and when it was written, it was not to instruct how to SAY words. The individual symbols used to form words themselves carried deep meaning, and these symbols were combined and arranged to convey deeper, more targeted meaning...

The combinations and arrangements of the symbols were intentional and for specific purposes, and because of the arrangement of these symbols certain pronunciations resulted which became the spoken word. The word meaning depended upon the meanings of the symbols used to make the word and the specific meanings formed based on the arrangement and order of the symbols.

Words of a cohesive people have always been reflective of that people’s way of life. The language spoken by a harmonious self-loving people only included words that conveyed and reflected the context of their reality, which they strove to progress through and thrive in, and contained no words NOT befitting their purpose and ultimate objective, as any such words would be considered utterly useless.

Today, the language we speak is filled with corruptive words that erode and denigrate the context of individual and collective realities. The ONUS is ON US to sift through our language to cull the gems of Truth contained therein, and filter out the useless garbage words that clutter up our minds with nonsensical babble chatter [causing people to BABBLE ON like the credentialed, educated, and degreed people of BABYLON with their fancy talk that has NOTHING TO DO WITH TRUTH - just LOOK at our medical system, which is not a healthcare system at all, but a disease-care system designed to net the fallout from a corrupted food/water supply and immunization system that’s making people sick, but the people can’t see it because the DOCTRINE of the education system coerces to see ILLusion as truth and reality by supplying a vocabulary with words that make people think in terms of “dis-ease” and “what’s wrong” (rather than health and what’s right) AND cultivates conditions whereby people cling emotionally to indoctrinated beliefs without the slightest investigation - and the same can be said about the legal system which has nothing to do with Truth, Justice, Right, and Wrong, where LEGALESE is the SPECIALIZED BABBLE rather than LATINIZED MEDICAL JARGON].

The language we speak today was not invented from scratch. Babble words were tossed into the mix of what we were already speaking, dictionaries were created to manipulate how we speak and say words and to control what we take the words to mean. If we LOOK beyond diction-aries (diction = “speaking style” and has nothing to do with true and accurate meaning of words) and go back the the root meanings of words (etymology), we can get closer to the Truth, and begin to RE-MEMBER what has been DIS-MEMBERED and lost.

Further, we are always encouraged to look into so-called foreign languages, because all languages are related due to all springing from a common source long ago. Languages just evolved and developed differently, but the kinship all languages share remains to this day, it just requires us to LOOK with eyes that can see and LISTEN with ears that can hear (which not everyone currently possesses but anyone can develop over time if they have sufficient desire to KNOW TRUTH). [In fact, you might want to discard the notion of FOREIGN (language) because foreign, according to etymology, reveals its root meaning as “outside” or “outside the doors” and when we break the word up we get FOE + REIGN, where foe means “adversary” and reign means “kingdom” or “kingship.” So foreign can be seen as adversarial and meaning “outside the doors of the kingdom,” YOUR KINGDOM and mine where we are meant to be SOVEREIGN. If HIS STORY is written by the victors, then we can easily fathom why the language we are taught and the education we receive encourages us to view languages as foreign when we've not been raised to speak them, because it keeps us outside the kingdom which is ours by birthright.]

Let’s look at the word CRUCIFY for instance…
The dictionary tells that crucify means “to put to death by nailing or binding the hands and feet to a cross” – that is how HIS STORY of Jesus is told (his version, not mine and not yours). Crucify comes from the root crux, which does mean “cross”, we just have to be careful not to get caught in “their” or “his” narrative (their and his simply indicates someone who does NOT represent you or recognize any familial kinship with you). Crux means “cross” and to be crucified is to be cross-ified, meaning “to cross over to the other side” as well as “increase” or “to multiply in power.” Even our arithmetical symbols reveal this Truth. Observe with your own eyes and apply your own reasoning to the symbols + - x ÷. The plus and multiplication signs, both of which are “crosses,” mean “increase” and “increase in power,” respectively. The subtraction and division symbols, on the other hand, both indicate a decrease. Neither the minus nor the division symbol is represented by “two sticks crossing” but rather “single flat lines” which we know today as terminology relating to something that has become NOT ALIVE (is it a coincidence that decrease is so closely spelled to decease).

Further, think about what happens when you tap together the positive and negative wires of jumper cables connected to a car battery… Sparks fly, right? This is due to the MULTIPLIED POWER when the electrical wires “cross.” When human beings become crucified, this means we are “crossing over” from our lower natural selves to our higher divine selves, multiplying in power; our OIL (christos in Greek, which is what the New Testament was written in, thus the personified term CHRIST) carried by our SEED (Jesus) is “crossing over” from the spinal cord into the brain, which happens after the 33rd vertebrae aka Golgotha/Calvary in the Bible which literally means “place of the skull”; 33 also being the age of Jesus Christ at crucifixion and Golgotha being the location; and billions of previously dormant brain cells come to life after 3 days (being “born again” or resurrected) activating all 360 human senses which means OUR POWER HAS BEEN MULTIPLIED A THOUSANDFOLD. Abandon HIS STORY and RE-MEMBER YOUR OWN. All the DOCTRINE and ENTERTAINMENT we’ve been bombarded with since birth aims to hide this Truth from HUE-MANITY. Trust nothing blindly!

There was some real thinking going on during the latter half of the 1800s up through the first quarter or so of the 20th century. Today it’s difficult for people to fathom this truth because we’ve been so thoroughly schooled on racial history, wars, and economics that we often can’t think outside of our education and emotions...

No doubt there WERE (and STILL ARE) atrocities happening that we must be aware of in order to remain vigilant and savvy enough to stop their occurrence and prevent their recurrence, but there were OTHER events, discoveries, and amazing breakthroughs, that we should know too so that we may have a fuller picture of reality, our potential, and our reason for being, and advance rather than remain stuck in HIS-STORY. Without gathering as much of the evidence of the past as we can scrounge together, we risk building a weak case for our purpose and losing in The Trial of Life.

Apart from Nikola Tesla (1856-1943), a great thinker and TRUE scientist (unlike the credentialed “scientists” we’ve come to know today; crede = creed which means “I believe”) who figured out how to supply free energy to everyone on the planet and intended to do so, there was a gentleman by the name of George Washington Carey who was cracking another code having to do with the soul substance of mankind. Carey’s work is incredible, remarkable, and refreshing, and certainly worth continuing and furthering for anyone who accepts and assumes complete and total responsibility over every aspect of their life including the salvation of their own soul. Check out what Carey shares (see below) regarding the GREATEST SECRET OF ALL TIME that has been HIDING IN PLAIN SIGHT ALL ALONG.

Santa Claus
All down the ages there have been stories of fairies, gnomes, mermaids, naiads and fabled characters galore.

The ancient Norsemen, Dutch, Huns and all the oriental races possess literature prolific with allegories, parables and fables built around the wonders and physical and chemical operations of the human body.

The birth of the monthly seed is the basis of the Mother Goose Stories and similar tales in all lands.

Santa Claus, or Saint Nicholas, the patron saint of seafarers, virgins and children, is the bearer of gifts to children on Christmas eve.

Of all the festivals celebrated all over the known world, that held in honor of Santa Claus ranks as first in the hearts of all humanity, old as well as young. This in itself is a most significant fact.

It is time that the truth in regard to this age long custom be made known to the world, time that its real and true significance be understood. Then will it be truly celebrated, for it will have become an inward process, as well as an outward observation.

Parents, from time immemorial, have explained to their children that the presents which they found in their stockings, when they jumped eagerly from their beds in the morning, were placed there by a mysterious person called “Santa Claus.” No one saw him come, no one saw him leave, but he left unmistakable evidence of his visit.

Some children ask many questions in regard to this mysterious “person,” and when they become too insistent the ingenuity of parents is sorely taxed to give satisfactory answers. There comes a time, however, when they must have the Santa Claus “myth” explained to them, and it is then that their deep childlike trust and confidence in their parents receives its first shock. Thereafter they commence to doubt their parents, to question their veracity, and many tears have been shed, because, after all Santa was not a “really, truly person.”

THERE IS A SANTA CLAUS, IT IS A PHYSIOLOGICAL FACT, and IT does “SECRETE” the most holy and wonderful “gift” or substance in the body of every individual. Those who understand it -- who receive it in the right spirit -- have “Become as little children.”

“As above, so below.” As in the Macrocosm -- the universe, so in the microcosm-man.

Can anyone think for one moment that the parables, fables, allegories and myths that have come down to us through the ages have no basic foundation? They, as well as the fast days and feast days are founded on great esoteric truth. Otherwise they would have ceased to be.

The Great Hierarchy that rules the Universe see to it that nothing is forgotten that needs to be remembered.

Santa Claus, or Saint Claus, is derived from the same root word as “claustrum,” from which “cloister” is also derived. Claustrum means barrier, a covered place, seclusion. Cloister is referred to as a place of seclusion, and more especially as a place of seclusion for something holy, something dedicated to divinity.

There is a Saint Claus, or Claustrum within the cerebrum, and whoever gave it that name knew why they did so.

The suture of the skull is the point where the bones meet. We can very easily see this place on the head of infants, as the sections are not then drawn closely together, and the vibrations of the brain can be both seen and felt.

In Sanskrit this is called “The Door of Brahm,” for it is the aperture through which the Ego, or Spirit leaves the body. It is also the chimney of Santa Claus.

The vertebrae as a whole is called the “stick of Brahm.”

Directly underneath the “door of Brahm” is a triangular shaped body named in physiology the “Island of Reil.” This is the place where “John” was when “he” looked back and saw the wonderful vision of the regenerated man in the “Isle of Patmos.” This island is the central lobe of the cerebrum, and is also called the Pole; hence, the Island of Reil is the North Pole of the body, and is, as we well know, the imperishable, sacred land.

In Santee’s Anatomy of the Brain and Spinal Cord, we find that this island is “situated in the medial wall of the lateral fissure of the cerebrum, between the frontal, parietal and temporal lobes, whose growth, after the fifth month in utero, gradually covers it over. At the end of the first year of extrauterine life, it is entirely concealed by the temporal, parietal and frontal parts of the operculum” -- cover or lid. Thus we see that Mother Nature has taken great pains to conceal this sacred center.

Underneath this island, and directly in a line with the Optic Thalamus lies the Claustrum, but separated from it by yet three other bodies.

The claustrum is a thin sheet of isolated gray matter, found just medial to the Island of Reil. Santee says it “is a sheet of peculiar gray substance, and is made up of fusiform (spindle shaped) cell-bodies.” It is from this claustrum that contains yellow substance within its outer grayish exterior, that the wonderful, priceless OIL is formed that flows down into the olivary fasciculus, descending with the rubro-spinal tract through the reticular formation in the pons and medulla to the lateral column of the spinal cord. It terminates in the gray matter of the spinal cord, probably giving off collaterals to corresponding nuclei in the brain stem.” --Santee. This is the OIL, the precious gift of which the Bible speaks, “Thou anointest my head with oil.”

And not only is there oil manufactured within this special laboratory of the brain, but there is actually an olive tree, which bears actual olives -- so named in any anatomy. The two olives are two infinitesimal eminences on either side of the medulla, with the Pyramid between. They are one-half inch in length. It is found well developed only in the higher mammals. They are RELAY (Santee) stations between the cerebrum and the cerebellum and between the spinal cord and the cerebellum.

This oil is the most sacred substance in the body -- it is the quintessence of gold -- the “Gold of Ophir” -- most truly a rare gift. Globules of oil are found in the vital fluid, the semen, and when the prodigal son has wasted his substance, he finds that it takes a long time to replace the deficiency and make good the looted bank account.

This wonderful oil is the secret work of the immaculate Virgin, Mary (or Mare) represented by the sign Virgo. In chemistry we find that sulphate of potassium is the mineral salt, which, uniting with sulphur and oxygen, manufactures the oil. We find that this salt also crystallizes out from the mother-liquors of sea water and salt springs. People born under the sign Virgo, if they have become deficient in this salt suffer from dryness of the skin, and baldness. We can also understand why draining of the vital fluid -- living in excesses -- will also produce baldness. If there were no oil in the body, the skin would become harsh and dry.

The story of the wise virgins who had their lamps trimmed and filled with oil is given to emphasize the necessity for the presence of the oil in the body, for they cannot go out to meet the “bridegroom” unless their lamps are burning. “The lamb is the lamp thereof.”

The olives, which contain the oil, are reservoirs -- the relay stations, of course, which furnish the oil for the lamp, the pineal gland, at the top of which is the flame or eye. When the Kundalini, the serpent fire that lies concealed within the sacral plexus is awakened, burns up the dross within the spinal cord, and reaches the conarium, it sets fire to this oil and thus lights the perpetual lamp,” which “Gives the light to the whole house.”

Santa Claus is thus the giver of the supreme gift in human body, the oil for the perpetual lamp -- the gold of Ophir, the quintessence of richness.

A total lack of oil in the body will, in itself, cause death.

Santa Claus brings his gifts when the Christ-mass is celebrated.

The Greek characters that stand for Christ are X P I, and the word itself (Christ) means oil, in Greek. The seed is the bread of life, and when anointed with oil (Christed or crucified) become the Christ-mass -- the bread, eaten in the Father’s Kingdom.

Thus we now clearly understand the meaning of Santa Claus and his Christmas visit with gifts to the children.
