This is where many falter. If you want long-lasting results, then you must be willing to pay the price. The price to pay is CONTINUOUS PRACTICE and EFFORT. Again, this applies to matter of success in any arena (health, wealth, etc.), but we are specifically referring to "attaining and maintaining a completely still mind" in 1.13. You have to SHOW UP on the regular, and after many months or years, you may finally become an over-night success. LOL :-)
