abhyāsa = by practice; action; effort in a particular direction;
vairāgyā = non-attachment; freedom from desires; renunciation;
bhyāṁ = by means of; by these things;
tan = that; these;
nirodhaḥ = completely stilling; the goal of steady attention;
This is the case with anything you wish to be successful at, whether it be in ridding yourself of disease, building a profitable enterprise, or anything in between. In order for us to do well in our endeavor, then we must start doing certain things (abhyāsa) that move us closer to our goal(s), and stop doing other things (vairāgyā ) that interfere with our forward movement. With regard to our sūtra (and the whole of samādhipādaḥ), our goal is nirodhaḥ. Can you dig it?
It's crucial to fully grasp this, especially when it comes to raising our christos/chrism. More on that later!
RED PILL OR BLUE PILL?
The TRUTH is so much stranger than fiction that it seems like fiction itself, at first anyway. This site is devoted to connecting dots not usually connected, and sharing info important relevant to saving our seed, raising our OIL, and heaving our NUN.
